Keyclone making my 2nd char face a different position?

I don't get it. I bought keyclone and so far it's working OK except that I have to suspend a window because my other character isn't facing the same position when I move.
So I face them in the same place and same direction, start Keyclone up and then I start moving around on my main. Moving around my main is working fine but my second char is too late moving and suddenly stops. So when I move on my main again, it just gets worse.

I know...you guys probably don't even get what I'm saying but it's really hard to explain.
To put it shortly, my second character isn't moving exactly the way my main is.

I'll probably post a few screenshots if you guys still don't understand what I'm saying.
