This is actually not a macro. It's just binding a different movement ability (strafe right, strafe left, move forward, move back) in your menu->keybindings window to the same key on your keyboard.

I.E.

Shaman1 - Strafe Right = button "F"
Shaman2 - Strafe Left = button "F"
Shaman3 - move forward = button "F"
Shaman4 - move back = button "F"
