Default not facing the right way

Ok so here is a problem I keep seeing in arenas. Everyone is clumped on eachother, totems down, fine. A warrior starts running in, a hunter gets in range, i send lb at hunter followed by blowing the cooldowns. Warrior gets a fear off for a split second, now my shammies are facing in all different directions. By the time me spamming follow gets everyone facing the right way, the hunter is out of range.

Basically.. how the hell do I make sure all are facing my "big button" target as I blow em+ns? Do you guys have some settings disabled like auto attack? It seems like MANY times during the fight, i can't get my shammies to face correctly. Any ideas? I'm using focus on the main as the method for control.

    thanks for any ideas

Set your /follow key on a key you basicly can have a finger on at all time and spamm it as you nuke unless you have to turn around.. Just practice to be imba fast on it.

I do spam the follow key, and they dont turn as rogues, mages warriors etc beat on em. ill try binding my trinket to it to see if theyre just beeing ccd i guess. if i don't get one shot one kill, its 90% a loss for me at this point because they all swarm.

If you have a vent, I can pop in and give you some tips Or we can make alts on another server, same side and use WoW chat. I have autoattack disabled, and spam my follow key. I rarely use my em/ns/cl early though anymore... when I did I found more losses than anything else, because teams know you're going to do that.

And I just realized, you're in the OC? Both Smoke and I are in freaking south LA county (and didn't know each other until we met on Coilfang)... what the hell are the freaking chances.
