From what I read and my experience, its about at 35-50% chance to get the pet per win. So my guess is 1/3 to 1/2 the team that wins gets a pet. Everyone should get one eventually if they win games.

I wonder if this was done to get more premades going these next couple weeks. Maybe to boost PVP before WAR comes out?
