I'd have to say Google was the hardest interview process I ever went through -- I don't have a math background, and about half the people grilling me were basically asking me to implement mathematical algorithms I'd be very familiar with if I had a degree in math. The MS interviews were a lot more predictable IMO if you do your homework.
I'd second everything Vyndree said, and it never hurts to practice. Interview at a lot of companies (isn't Amazon hiring too?), and have a friend grill you some time. The more you go through it the less it intimidates you.
