I have two characters I'd like to catch up to one of my higher level groups, so I had a go at this today (on the EU realms). The character transfer doesn't work right now.

There's no error message, it just gets stuck on the "Character Transfer Form" of step 2, and hitting the continue button does nothing obvious beyond refreshing the page.

It could be a transient server problem, but the account I'm trasnferring to is still at "trial" status, and I'm certain that's where the problem lies - it doesn't make sense to allow a level 32 character to transfer to an account with a level cap of 20 after all

I don't have a spare key lying around to upgrade it to full just now. I'll pick one up at the weekend and post my experience in this thread.
