Default New to boxing, need some advice.

As I'm sure many people have seen, the new Refer-A-Friend bonus is absolutely ridonculous, so I'm giving dual-boxing a shot. The only two classes I don't have represented at a high level yet are a Warrior and a Priest. At this point, I'm basically just dragging the priest along, occasionally switching windows to toss a heal, or pick up quest drops.

What I'd like to do, is keep it extremely simple. I wanted to know if with a key caster program, can I have my just extra "macro" keys on my G15 send simple commands to only my priest (/target warrior /cast Renew /cast Lesser Heal (Rank 2) or whatever, and /assist warrior /cast Shadow Word: Pain, /assist warrior /cast smite, etc.. etc....) without the keys doing anything on the warrior. I don't want to have any other keys get broadcasted, and I don't want clicks broadcasted.

The new XP bonus makes leveling a joke (got to 15 in just over an hour last night, and am still just plain flying)

    Thanks in advance,

What do you mean by "just extra keys"? If you mean that those keys are empty and you don't have them hotkeyed for anything on your warrior, sure a program like keyclone will allow you to press those keys while playing your warrior and if they're keybound on the priest to heal/ect your warrior it will heal your warrior without having to Alt+tab to your priest at all. If you have the same G-key keybound for both the warrior and the priest, let's say G-5 is set to taunt on the warrior and also set to Fade on the priest, pressing that key will do both abilities. Just depends on how you set your keybinds and what key you press.

Try reading the wiki a little more thoroughly, you seem like you have a ton to learn and may not even know a few things you might want to.

I guess what I'm basically trying to ask, is it possible with keyclone, to have a short list of just the keys I want broadcasted, as opposed to blacklisting every thing else.

    Thanks again.

there is a whitelist feature as well in keyclone i think. Do not have it handy at this moment to confirm.

howdy mobiusoni and welcome to the forums!

yes, instead of black-listing your keys... you check 'white list' and the list flips... so that ONLY those keys in the list will pass

if you have any questions, please feel free to drop me a note.

have a great day and welcome to our addiction,

Phenominal! That's exactly what I needed to know. Looks like I'll be setting it all up properly tonight!

    Thanks again for your input.
