Default Which Video Card should I get? ... ( HD 4870 vs. GTX 260 FTW Edition )

I'm going to be 5-boxing... and my OLD 8800 can't keep up anymore.

I've narrowed it down between these 2 cards... so which one will handle 5-boxing the best?

    Radeon HD 4870-

    or

EVGA GeForce GTX 260 FTW Edition ( theres OC'd edition... Super OC'd edition... and then highest of them all is FTW edition )-

    Some notes:

    - I'm using 2 monitors and would love it to be simple to manage them.
    - Please recommend ANYTHING else that you have had experience with and love.
    - Reason I chose the FTW edition as a candidate is I don't want to OC myself.
    - My current 8800gts CAN get about 30 frames with 5 WoWs, but I want more... incase anyone had a comment about that

Tomshardware is an extremely respected PC hardware technology review website. They say Radeon HD 4870.

I really dont think yeh will see a much of an increase in fps upgrading yer graphics card.

Wow doesn't tax the graphics cards very hard its mainly cpu and memory.

If you're looking for a great card for the money, consider the 4850.

If money isn't an issue, definately go for the GTX 280.

If you want something in between, the 4870 is an excellent choice as is the GTX 260.

You really can't go wrong here. It's a great time for graphics cards. Wouldn't have said the same before the summer.

it all comes down to personal preference - do you like ATi or Nvidia cards, both are good.. take your pick

I personally stick with Nvidia (i have had too many overheating issues with ATI cards)

I currently have a BFG OC GTX260 in one of my rigs and get between 40-110fps on all four instances I'm running acrosss two monitors

For WoW, the 4850 no doubt.

For Unreal tournament 3, the gtx 260

    For crysis, the 4870.

If it were me buying a new card tomorrow morning, I'd buy the 4870.

I use 2 4850's in crossfire mode right now. 150$ for these cards? That's such a sweet deal I'd think that anyone who passes up on the 48500 right now and wasn't trying to maximize their rig at any cost is crazy. If money isn't an issue, buy 2 4870's and crossfire them. It's not an easy answer to give, but I tried.

medium detail, 1,050x840, 1x Multisample (resolution is wierd because i have rotated the monitors 90')
