for them to ban it.. they would have to change their whole policy on multiple accounts.. meaning they would have to say, accounts with the same user info would not allowed to play in arena together.. which would not only affect mboxers but every family that had their kids (as minors) playing. I am sure blizz would never implement such a rule..

Blizz have stated their argument as to why mboxing is allowed because they view all actions ingame on a character by character basis. and there is no reason why they wouldn't allow one 'character' to not use a mouse and hug some other player for life if they so chose (perspective of one of your clones).
