I would definitely raise a complaint if things don't get rectified quickly. Your experience is most definitely is not normal for multiboxers. I've seen a few of us get accidental bans or bans for non-multiboxing-related violations (like different names on the accounts, harassment, etc.) but never the stuff you're getting. I'd be very suspicious of that GM, especially if it's the same GM that did it to you the first time.
