So I have sifted thru the threads and what i gather is, If Account(a) recruits a buddy and activates and upgrades to classic for 2 months, account a will recieve a epic mount.

Is this mount BOE?

Is the mount infact 100%

Can the mount be given to any char, of any level on account a?

It's BoP. It gets mailed to the character you choose to give it to.

It's an epic mount so yes, 100%. Must have the riding skill to use it

This I am not 100% about. I'm pretty sure you can give it to any toon on the veteran account but since you have to have the riding skill to use it, I'm not sure if you're restriced by that. I would guess you would be able to give it to any character, just you wouldn't be able to actually use it until your toon has the riding skill.
