    check the wiki and the forum search. It does work but can be confusing to setup even with a guide. Just stick with it and it rocks. I am thinking of trying keyclone, but honestly the only reason is the built in round robin atm.

    You fail at computers. Make sure you have the pre-reqs installed. You'll need an administrator account on the computer you are installing them on to do this.

    All kidding aside, if you are having problems with that software, try one of the others.
    You'll also have more luck with help in the Newbie/Help forums, but please at least take the time to read the information that is already available.
