So would this Scenario be valid:

    Account 1: 70 Pally, 53 Shaman.
Account 2: is recruited by Account 1.

Account 2 is boosted by 70 in Account 1, not worrying about 3x xp.
When Account 2 hit 60, he can gift +7 levels to Account 1: 53 Shaman all the way to level 60.
Account 2 has 30 Level-Up Gifts. Used 7 so far.

    Now Account 1 & 2 can level together from 60 to 63 @ 3x xp. Woot!

    Account 1 & 2 now have level 63s.
Account 2 at level 63 can get 3x xp grouping with the level 70 of Account 1 because all 63+ mobs will not be gray.

When Account #2 hits 70, he can gift +7 to Account 1's shaman to level 70?
    No

The triple exp stops at level 60.
You cannot gift a level to someone level 60 or higher.
You can still EARN gift levels up to 70.

No, bonus XP stops at 60. When you hit 60, roll more toons. Keep repeating until 90 days are up.

The levels given away, does anyone know if they can be given to characters on other accounts, or is it limited to the same account (or even to the linked account)?

You gift the levels back to the account that recruited you. Bascially a "thank you" gift for introducing you to a wounderful new game

But do have to have paid for the account (ie. no longer trail account) to be able to gift levels?

I don't believe so, but seeing as how you can only gift levels to characters lower level I don't see why you'd want to boost an alt on a trial account you don't intend to pay for instead of boosting the alt you really want.

So if I get this straight, I can recruit 4 new accounts and make five new chars that get trip experience from lev 1-60 (quest exp as well). Then have 120 banked levels to give to characters that are under level 60 on the "mains" account? Meaning I can get 2 alts instantly to level 59?
Or If you can squeeze it in level them to 70 for 140 banked levels and get even more free levels?

    Do I understand that correctly?

If so I will probably make sure thay don't nerf it and buy four new accounts soon.
