New Recruit a Friend Features

So if I get this straight, I can recruit 4 new accounts and make five new chars that get trip experience from lev 1-60 (quest exp as well). Then have 120 banked levels to give to characters that are under level 60 on the "mains" account? Meaning I can get 2 alts instantly to level 59?
Or If you can squeeze it in level them to 70 for 140 banked levels and get even more free levels?

Do I understand that correctly?

If so I will probably make sure thay don't nerf it and buy four new accounts soon.

Correct. Although I think the gifting cap is level 60, as in you can't gift to a level 60 character. You can gift to a 59 making it level 60 though.

And ideally with those 120 levels, I'd level them to 20 solo and gift 40 levels each so you can have THREE level 60's .

Minor nit, but since you gain a gift level for every 2 levels a recruited character gains, then from 1-60 you'll gain 29 and 1-70 you'll gain 34 gift levels. Meaning that for 4x recruited accounts you'd have 116 or 136 levels, not 120/140.

So If i want 5 mounts I have to start 5 new acnts sent from the 5 acnts I have now? I started 5 acnts a few weeks ago but have not leveled them yet. So i wasted the money on the battlechests BUT WHO CARES!?!?! i want the mounts and the 3xexp!! so ill gladly spend the money for 5 more chests 8)

Also, Since you CAN use this RaF feature for yourself.. I just send an invite to my same email address from each of the current 5 acnts ? I mean me sending myself 5 RaFs from 5 of my acnts all to the same email is ok ? I guess ill just do it and see 8)

Ok the way I understand it is that you must round robin to get mounts for everyone. In the following everyone will get mounts but number 5, as account number 5 did not invite anyone.

1 links to 2 and 2 links to 3 and 3 links to 4 and 4 links to 5.

In this case 1 DOES NOT link with 3 or 4 or 5, ONLY with 2. For 1 to get free levels 2 has to be higher then 1 (or an alt on 1). 1 can only get free levels from 2. 2 can only get free levels from 3 etc.

All 5 are new accounts so you level 1-5 together (ALL will get 3X exp up to level 60). Lets say after 90 days all are level 60. Because all are the same level none can get any free levels. So you make alts on accounts 1,2,3,4 and they all go to level 30 insantly. (remember account 5 did not recruit anyone and thus none can give him levels or a mount). I don't see the edge there unless you move the alts to other account.

So I guess for me the free levels is worthless, because I plan to level all together (unless I want more then 26 for god knows what reason). I guess it cannot hurt to have buffing classes or something as level 30 alts on all accounts. And I only have to buy a 27th copy for some dummy account so that the last account can get his mount also heh.

On the other hand ALL 26 will be getting 3X exp ALL the time for 90 days (omg) up to level 60, assuming I make the groups out of linked accounts, which I will. Thats just insane.... Blizzard is just so out marketing SOE that is not even close. So now they get a flood of new accounts, people who get to level 60 fast, and people who are going to buy a full price WoTLK as soon as its released in November, which amazingly happens to be about 90 days away ... lol

Well I should have all 26 copies by Aug 12th or so ...

I made 3 new accounts and linked them with 2 of my old ones to start a 5x Druid group, the xp is retardedly fast.

I checked out the XP--It's ridiculously fast. While you're getting Friend xp you don't use your rested, so you'll hit 60 with 1.5 levels of double xp. This is perfect for multiboxers just getting started or someone who doesn't mind dumping a bit of cash into it to power level on up to 60.

With my 70 Warlock boosting I bet I could get 4 toons to 60 in 2 days pretty easy.

Buy 6 accounts and refer 5. Then level as normal..... basically throw the 6th away. I haven't given this more than 10 seconds of thought but seems at first glance to be a way to get 5 zebras and all the rest of the benefits.

1 recruits 2 which recruits 3 which recruits 4 which recruits 5 which recruits 6.

1 Has not been recruited so you can toss it?

I have to read up on this more but what do you think?

I 5 box, so can I transfer my 4 alts to my main account, suspend their accounts, refer a friend round robin to get zebras and all the benefits and then transfer my toons back to the new accounts?

I think so but you would need to buy 4 new accounts and upgrade them to TBC (or buy the battlechest).

And of course pay to transfer 4 characters... twice.
