That's the first time I've ever heard of that! Could you post the email for us, please (with your account details removed, obviously) so I know what sort of thing to look for.
My wife and I have 11 accounts between us, and I've *often* had a friend over to play on his laptop. We've frequently had up to 15 connections going at one time from that single IP address (with the accounts owned
and played by three different people), yet I've never, ever, been contacted by customer service either in- or out-of-game.
