Blizzard won't harm multiboxing just because one person is really good at arenas and because that happens to make a bunch of elitist crybabies angry. But if I was in a position like Ellay describes (few teams in his bracket, none of them wanting to play against his team) I could see why he'd want to start over. Not much fun when you can't play at all because the "pros" keep ducking you. Although it is one heck of an ego stroke.
Don't be so sure. If it becomes more of a problem for them (handling complaints) than it's worth, they will change it. Where that threshold lies, I don't know, but it's there somewhere.

Also note that I did not say they'd make sweeping changes to multiboxing, just mboxing in arenas. Actually, who knows what, if anything, they'd do, but just pointing out they could disallow it in arenas and not have to completely reverse their position.
