Aelli - Ranked #1 in 5v5 BG his setup speaks for itself :P 5shammies very high ranked just get some s2 elemental gear and you could get 1700rating without to much trouble I think, can probably get higher rating but its still early in season4 which means some noobs in s3/s4 gears play at low rating :S

I dont say that 5shammies is the best but aelli plays 3elemental shammies with 2healers so I suggest you just find 2 skilled healers and pwn some noobs :P
