What is the most boxxed characters in WoW today?

I looked through the forums and didn't see anything related, but I'm interested in knowing how many characters are the most someone has today. I'm not concerned with the numbers people claim to have boxxed in the past or trial accounts or anything illegal or anything people are saying they will be boxxing. I'm interested in knowing who is boxxing the most characters in World of Warcraft right now with their own paid accounts.

I'm boxxing 15 shaman on the Aegwynn realm and I've not heard of anyone that boxes more than that so far, but interested in knowing if anyone boxes more.

The 15 accounts are running on six computers. Two of the six computers are desktops which run four accounts each and there are four laptop computers which run two each except the last one which runs one account. I actually have the computer power to run 28 accounts but that would costs more in electricity and more on the accounts. Although I can afford it, I can't spend that much time on maintaining so many characters.

I demand to see screenshots. 60 totems just sounds ridiculous. Past ridiculous. I already get people complain my 15 totems lag them when they group with me. (I have to tell them how to turn off the names over the totems to help with their lag problem)

I have managed 40 odd trial accounts at the same time. Not really what you are going for though. Any beyond 10 starts to get into the "you can already WTF own entire groups so why bother with more" category as the micromanagement / need to gear up / annoyances of boxing increases substantially.

anything more than 5 I'd imagine would be an exercise in frustration. 5 of anything had better make someone pay for it. Otherwise get better gear / skills.

Is there a prize involved for winning in such a circumstancial scenario?

There are threads here of people who 20+ boxed, but you don't want to hear about them.
There are people who have tested 10+ boxing on trial accounts, but you don't want to hear about them either.

We're a community -- not a competition. We help everyone.

Even so much as 2-boxing should not be considered "lowly". We appreciate and assist them the same as we assist the 10+ boxing theorycrafters.

I don't really know the answer to your question -- there could very well be 15+ boxers that we don't know about because they keep to themselves. However, I just want to make sure that we're not giving the impression here that "size is everything".

The best I've achived is a 10 man perpetual motion ring around the tree in outside the AH in SW.

Each character follows a different characters (obviously the one in front of it) and you have the first character following the last chracter. By the time the movement lag catches up to the last chracter it in turn moves your first chracter, thus causing a perpetual motion ring.

thats so awesome fleecy. I used to speculate in EQ about how many accounts it would take to do that, and if it was possible. Never tried it with more than 5 tho. LOL. If i ever 10+box, its totally the first thing im gonna do. heck, i might waste a keybind on it just for kicks. (post battle victory conga?)
