lol, I think secondrock is a ninja.

I just so happened to glance over to my alt and see he had a gm message for an account warning. I thought thats odd, I wonder what I did. I get this email.

Two things.
1. I quadbox. I only chat on one player and that is Firstrock.
2nd. NO PLAYER ON AKAMA SERVER IS NAMED Kronicknight ONLY 1 Player on my battle group is named that, and he is lvl 27. I was in AV all day, so unless I somehow decided to go to some random server and send dude a message saying "ur gay" "dumbass" for no reason is beyond me. Please take a look at this, because this is some funny stuff.

After sinking so much time into our "hobby", it is a bit startling that a screw-up by Blizz can take away all that hard work even though you did nothing wrong.

Blizzard is not "funny" so much as "scary" that way. :S

Looks like a case of mistaken identity - would make a lot of sense if you reported Kronicknight?

I'm sure once they look into it more carefully it'll be a case of human error and you'll get an apology.

I at first was like whatever because I do sometimes say things on secondrock, then I thought wait I did not say anything today, wtf. So that got me thinking. I do hope blizzard gets to that. Anyone know how it takes them to go over something like that?

They've got to deal with millions of accounts, and I expect that mistakes get made pretty often. It's always a good idea to get right back to them and explain it the way you did. You never know when a "harmless" account warning will become a problem down the line.

Perhaps they banned him for multiple violations and that is why you cannot find anyone named that on your server
