Hmmm...

Best work top resting device I have found so far is the one I mention in my above post... As it performs in all the areas I need from a desk.

Best bottom resting device I have used it one of the kneeling type things, which are exceedingly comfortable when you need to be upright at the work surface thing However less comfortable when just relaxing.
