Default totems: 1 button per element?

Do you guys usually keep one button per element for totems? Or do you castsqeuzen the main totems on one action so that multiple presses of that (4) will set up the 'default' farm - and then have other macros for special cases such as AE and disease poision etc?

    Default

everyone their own.. but here is my setup

    shift-1 totemic recall
    shift-2 earth totems, 1 earthbind, 1 tremor, 3 stoneclaw (or 1 stoneskin)
shift-3 fire totems, totem of wrath, (or in other spec's, searing totem)
    shift-4 4x healing, 1x mana
    shift-5 5xgrouding
shift-6 1xwrath of air, to add to the shift-5

added to that i have under ctrl-1 and ctrl-2 a pve and pvp castsequence, which i just mash when needed

PVP: stacking tremor from the first drop, pvp totems

1: /castsequence reset=15 Earthbind Totem, Grounding Totem, Totem of Wrath, Healing Stream Totem
2: /castsequence reset=15 Tremor Totem, Grounding Totem, Totem of Wrath, Healing Stream Totem
3: /castsequence reset=15 Grounding Totem, Tremor Totem, Totem of Wrath, Healing Stream Totem
4: /castsequence reset=15 Grounding Totem, Totem of Wrath, Tremor Totem, Healing Stream Totem
5: /castsequence reset=15 Grounding Totem, Totem of Wrath, Mana Spring Totem, Tremor Totem

PVE: 2x tremor, earthbind and 2xstoneclaws

1: /castsequence reset=15 Totem of Wrath, Grounding Totem, Healing Stream Totem, Stoneclaw Totem
2: /castsequence reset=15 Totem of Wrath, Grounding Totem, Healing Stream Totem, Stoneclaw Totem
3: /castsequence reset=15 Totem of Wrath, Tremor Totem, Grounding Totem, Healing Stream Totem
4: /castsequence reset=15 Totem of Wrath, Grounding Totem, Tremor Totem, Healing Stream Totem
5: /castsequence reset=15 Totem of Wrath, Earthbind Totem, Grounding Totem, Mana Spring Totem

this allows me to use the castsequence ones withouth thinking (just mash the pvp one 2-3 times to make sure tremors are up before blasting)
but still allows me to restack certain totems (ie. stoneclaws with low duration, or restocking grounding)

In short, yes. My sequence looks much like Talos. One keybind to all the shaman for the default totem castsequence. Then have different resist sets bound to other keys. Since I primarily do pve I don't use more than 2 sets at the moment. So mashing the key all 4 drop totems at the same time.

I have some keys dedicated for specific totems also so I can drop 4 fire nova's or 4 searing's at once. I also place healing and mana stream at the front of my pve sequence for dropping just those after a wipe.

    Hope this helps.
