can you explain the relative mouse option a little better. I selected that checkbox on my server machine, but the mouse still goes crazy. Is there something I should do on the client machine?

Same issue here, seeking a solution and don't exactly want to setup and configure Multibox since I already have Synergy working 90% .

I'd give multibox a try. I tried both and went for multibox although I did have an issue with multibox resolving host names but one that is fixed it has worked perfectly in every way.
