Need help with gearing up my shammies for alliance lvl60 AV..

Hi all,, Could Someone please point me to a resource which i can use to find out which quests to do and where, so i can gear up my lvl 58 Shammi Alliance Draneai to do AV effectively at the lvl60 bracket. I am aware of a hord guide/list of quests, but i was hoping someone can help me with the alliance gear and quests list for outlands.. thx

I play horde, but I'll tell you right now, go to Hellfire Peninsula and collect quests.
