I'm a bit curious as to the /assist focus command in the clones' lightning bolt macro also. I was considering doing this as well because on occasion it seems like my guys are firing at the wrong target. I'm pretty sure this is due to switching targets and hammering my Lightning bolt button, so due to latency my clones' targets haven't caught up. Regardless, it would give me peace of mind to keep tabs on all the guys from my Main window by seeing who they have targeted.

The reason I haven't done this yet is because if all 4 shamans paint a guy red by targeting him then the other team knows exactly who is gonna get wasted. The way I have things setup now is my clones have an empty target when we start but the second someone damages them they automatically pick up that target, so random members of the other team are on my teams active targets. I think this might be an advantage because many bar mods highlight the persons name in red when an enemy targets them. It's probably worth it to highlight as many of their team members as possible so the healer doesn't know exactly whose gonna get blasted.

As to the /castsequence macro. I left grounding totem out of my main PVP totem set because it would get 'stuck' on the Grounding Totem's cooldown. When the enemy got smart and started going after tremor totems I'd spam that button and I do not want it to get caught up and leave me unprotected. Same thing with putting earthbind on your main totem set, it has a cooldown. Recently I did put grounding totem in my main PVP totem set, but I put grounding totem as the last cast on all my toons. That way I could cycle through by pressing the button 7 times before getting 'stuck' on the grounding totem.

I'm planning on revising my totem set to have 3 characters put grounding totems down as the last cast in the sequence and 1 character putting earthbind down.

/castsequence reset=2 onetotem,twototem,threetotem,Grounding Totem
/castsequence reset=2 onetotem,twototem,threetotem,Grounding Totem
/castsequence reset=2 onetotem,twototem,threetotem,Grounding Totem
/castsequence reset=2 onetotem, twototem, threetotem,Earth Bind Totem [this toon will have his Grounding totem on a seperate button, which refreshes grounding on all toons]

That gives you 7 presses before the button gets jammed up on the totem cool down. I also use a much shorter reset time so that I CAN get to the top of the sequence in case it does get jammed at the CDs.
