Another 45+ Powerleveling thread

With the sad loss to our Zolo method, R.I.P. im at a stand still as how to get my shammies powerleveled now, while i dont mind Stratholme i dont particularly like the amount of pats that walk through and cause me pain and suffering, i usually heal with my shammies and they get decent experience but I'm wondering if their are any better methods or if i should just start questing/instancing. One idea ive had is to use my 70 Warrior to run them through BRD with windfury and them healign when necessary, im not sure how ideal this is but i find my pally going oom a ton in Strat which definetly slows me down. Anyone who has any methods would be greatly appreciated. Questing won't kill me just rather wouldn't invest the time to get gear until i hit outlands where the gear doesn't suck.
