There are phases and I could tell which phase you guys are in based on your wife's comments (which I thought were funny and endearing) and assuming your kid(s) are also under 10.

I can't speak to having more uninterrupted wow gaming in your future, since my wife also plays wow. However, once your kid(s) get to 16-18+ you will definitely have a lot more free time. Enjoy the ride, I hit 22 years earlier this year.
