Well since I enjoyed you vids back in the day...6 months ago ;p

I PL my DK to 80(was 71) by tagging mobs.You might have to lvl your shaman up in outlands until 68-70 then you can start tagging....

Right that 13% does help, with any changes bumping up shaman dmg, this makes that 13% even more powerful. The changes to DK, increase frost pres. from 60% to 80% will help. Its about 7-8% mitigation...

Well I would try taking one add-on off at a time and see if its causing the issue.

I run as few addons as possible, they are resource hogs(Well some of them).
