With bloodlust + fire elemental it's like 26-30k
Without bloodlust and without fire elemental it's like 17-19k

But I also have my druid set up that if there is nothing to heal it does some dps.

Yep, pally tank, druid healer, shaman dps. No didn't change the comp, did everything with this comp.

In my experience the "swirling" action can be avoided by not spamming IWT, and not pressing IWT while your clones are moving.
