Is it possible to connect remotely to 2 different computers on the same router?... the ip's are the same and was wondering how to pick a certain comps out of the network...
yes... just put the ip and port in the command box and hit the connect button
if they cannot connect, it could be due to your firewalls ro network routing.
wheres the command box, and with my ip, sould i do the modem's ip or the router's ip which is 192.168.1.1

If so, here is a tutorial: http://solidice.com/keyclone/tutorial/index.html
Your IP for the current box is at the title bar of your Keyclone program.
You can type in that IP in the white pulldown box at the bottom of your keyclone unit. Then simply hit connect right beside it and voila~
i need to have keyclone installed on the other comps but i don;t need to purchase it for each one do i?
macfee ftl
Yes, you need a license for each pc if you are running keyclone on themQuote:

If you put a bit more effort into your posts and explained your setup and the problems you're having, we might be better able to help you.
ok, I followed the instructions above to connect to a different computer on my network, successfully connected to it for about five minuites, now when i attempt to connect to it, nothing happens. Is there certain reqs. for the other comp such as , do i need keyclone loaded on the other computer to connect... i have the correct ports open and the correct ip.
Yes, you need one licenced copy of keyclone installed and running per pc you are running an instance of WoW on.
well... i guess its back to buying upgraded hardware....
So you'd rather go and spend money on upgrading a pc vs spending $20 for a second license of Keyclone? Interesting...Quote:
