Very nice! I really like your setup! There's a lot going on on your screen that I don't recognize, which is really neat!
I've added some links to the original post explaining a little about my UI.
Wow, this is awesome! I'd love to learn how you made that UI (just starting a team of 5 hunters myself). Is there any way to get your setup and mess with it a bit?
My ISBoxer profiles, purely for educational purposes, are on GitHub. Instructions for loading them in ISBoxer can be found in the readme.
However, I cannot stress strongly enough that these cannot be used as-is. You need to create your own profile by running the Quick Setup Wizard and you probably want to start much simpler than my setup with some straight broadcasting of 1 through =, possible combined with some in-game macros.
UI description is here, including a link to MiRai's keyboard overlay guide.
Thanks brother! Got it, that's exactly what I wanted - create something like that piece by piece, but having some reference if I get stuck.
Added another video of Scholomance to the top post, this time with a team of 5 Affliction Warlocks. The difference in DPS from the 5 hunters is astounding. Also includes some UI cleanup. HD should be available soon.
Much less DPS from the locks at that level. Took almost twice as long to clear the instance.
Hunter's are very strong now with dire beast having two charges as baseline.. awesome when leveling.
Hey Alge,
The click bars that you use over your party frames, do you have 3 click bars per character for a total of 15?
I'm trying to follow this setup you're describing here: http://isboxer.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=42&t=2911
For healing I use a single click bar, with 3 buttons, top, middle and bottom, which are the full width of my party frames, exactly like in that thread. It works really well for situations where you have a single healer, and possibly an occasional off healer.
For teams where everyone is a healer, e.g. 5 paladins or 5 hunters with mend pet and exhilaration, it would probably work better with a single click bar with 15 buttons, 3 per unit/character. For single healer situations it would just duplicate existing functionality 5 times. For multi-healer situations it would allow more fine control at the cost of more key/button combinations being used and needing to be remembered. It is something I have been meaning to set up and test, but I just haven't got around to it yet.
