It seems that the "50M gold coins" achievement is gone.
And, still no confirmation about an extra stash tab or even a new pet... There are screens of all (but the last) of the season ranks and achievements on page 3 of the linked thread.
Season 5 End & Season 6 Start Dates:
There will be a period of time between when a Season ends and the next begins. During this time, you’ll be able to sort through your rollover rewards and review your progress on the Leaderboards. It’s a great time to reflect on the accomplishments you’ve made and enjoy the culmination of your pre and post-Season loot hunts!
Season 5 will be ending at the following dates and times for each region:
- North America: Friday, April 15 @ 5:00 p.m. PDT

- Asia: Friday, April 15 @ 5:00 p.m. KST
Season 6 will be starting about two weeks afterwards at the following dates and times for each region:

I'm still trying to decide what to play next season. I did crusaders this time and while fun and very durable the single directional stuff sometimes was annoying and was kinda blah feeling to me. I thought about playing wizards next season so rolled some up but didnt get great gear for them yet and they are very squishy. How are WDs? or DHs? I havent ever in my D3 time played a WD and its been a extremely long time since I have played a DH. Most of the time I have played a barb or monk before I just recently got into Multiboxing.
In a few words since it has alreay been discussed elsewhere, the problem with multiple WD's is that when there is a lot of pets, some of them are sitting ducks like in a traffic jam.
DHs have been nerfed in the latest PTR build, however it's an easy class to play, I'd suggest something with turrets, 3x full dps dudes, and one dude with the defensive turret affix and pets with group defensive buff.
This was what I was worried about I mostly was thinking about playing it because a friend that I will play with at times was wanting to play a WD and if we could share gear it would be nice... but I havent really ever been attracted to tQuote:

So what class comps is everyone looking to play? I am trying to break away from Wizard play, but I am really not having much luck when it comes to playing mixed classes. It's nothing like WoW when playing melee with casters, and I haven't quite figured out how to do the movement and attacks when trying to use a melee class.

This is because your are considering the problem from the wrong end. A group in Diablo III should always been stacked, i.e all 4 characters at the same exact locations... well... unless you can figure out another way to proceed...Quote:

Awesome advice, as I am still very new to Diablo 3 I still need to really get my head around class abilities. Before I really start looking at mixing the groups, so I really will look at playing a few more classes up to get an idea of how they play.Quote:

... Because the difficulty in mixing classes (well it's the part that I like actually) it that you need to know each skill, each rune from each skill, each weapon and armor effect and, more importantly, what it brings to the group.
Of course you don't need to acquire all that by yourself, you can just adapt templates or setup that you see in action on videos, on twitch, on DiabloFans, use D3Planner, etc.
My first 4x characters were 3 saders and an existing monk I had (which I dropped dashing strike). Worked OK. I have also run 4x wizards but they were very squishy. For season 6, unless I change my mind, I'm going to go with DHs

Actually I more or less knew all the buffs/debuffs, but there is and interesting part @12:25 about the Boyarsky's Chip and the taunt effect used with a very fast generator skill. This is very helpful if the 2.4.1 Meta-Team includes an Archon Wizard as main DPS, because he's extremely weak when not in Archon form, whereas a support DH is a huge bag of toughness.
Of course you don't want this if the main DPS is a Crusader/thorn who needs to be targeted to block in order to trigger effects etc.
Very interesting build, hope wudijo keeps producing content for D3. He got banned yesterday with a bunch of botters as well on the 3rd banwave. Pretty sure I'll try the new meta. Seems like it will be "easier" to play since u can have your whole party in the exact same spot.
Yes he was banned yesteday, and this morning he was streaming and Paragon 700+ already... Farming GR104's with his buddies helped somehow :D
Tbh I dont really like to relay on someone who did cheat. There are few really good DH players which are legit so far but this days everyone cheat from top of chart in twich d3 or leader board! Hard to believe anyone atm. That's why nice season 6 is coming. Did you know guys apparently Chainer used thud to? Its sick how "pro" diablo players can cheat!
Cheating is not related only to Diablo, this is related to every game where people want to be on top of the boards (whatever board that is).
Some years ago, I was competing for rank #1 PvP in Dark Age of Camelot, reached #3 and was already called a cheater because I was using a secondary account to buff my main dude (which was legit). Then I figured out that some people competing for rank #1 were using hacks allowing to "fastwalk", etc.
But let's go back to Diablo III. I have been running some tests with a Fire Archon as main DPS, it's doable, here's a video below. It's only a GR60, I completed a GR65 after that but the video got cropped. Also, I imported my character in D3Planner so that you have the exact template and gear that I used in the video http://www.d3planner.com/230206621
Gear on the Wizard is ok, mostly ancient, no Caldesann's however. I tried to equip a Pain Enhancer gem for a try, but I'll probably go back to the "regular" Bane of the Stricken, it helps a lot on the Rift Guardian, which is the hardest part because it's very hard to keep Arcane Power up when you are spamming Arcane Torrent to reduce cooldown from Archon form.
There are probably a lot of adjustments to do, I will fix that when 2.4.1 goes live. The good news is that the Fire/Archon Wizard is pretty weak, but not as much as I anticipated. Also I might want to use a zDPS DH instead of a Monk.

U really need Evocation as passive. U have very low CDR and that makes u be out of Archon for too long. Also, missing the Swami hurts, specially when u are out of Archon for so long. Dunno, I havent tried the PTR but it might be better ditching the Halo of Arlyse and going with RoRG, Force Armor and relying on your support for the toughness. Since mobs damage is way lower now, might be a better choice for 80-90. Needs a lot of testing tho.
I did a few mistakes in the build shown in the video...
- For a first, Explosive Blast is completely useless, and not only it's useless but it also consumes charges from Obsidian Ring of the Zodiac, therefore Archon form is delayed.
- Same for Slow Time, I don't need this, and it delays Archon form again.
- About Ice armor (as you mentioned), I need to try different options. Actually with Halo of Arlise, it procs a ton of Frost Nova, and if I have Frost Nova / Bone Chill in the skill bar (which I don't right now), it might sort of give a permanent +33% damage increase... I just need to never cast it from the skill bar, because it would delay again Archon from.
- I switched Pain Enchancer for Bane of the Stricken. Much better.
- Not using The Swami (cube) is a lot of DPS loss, but I'll certainly stick with Illusory Boots.
I'll consider using RoRG in 2.4.1 as you said. It needs testing. Ice Armor itself doesn't protect much because you need to be physically hit in order to gain armor stacks, which doesn't happen a lot. However the Frost Nova proc thing works nice.
After this video, I have been completing GR65's while testing different Archon options, still in 2.4.1 damage will go from +25% (now) to +40% for each ignited monster, and from +600% (now) to +2000% when figthing elites... So that should be a nice leap forward :)
Anyone know how to tribox raekor barbs fluidly? otherwise anyone have a build for triboxing barbs
Well multiboxing Reakor's is doable, I did it a while ago when I wanted to equip my zDPS Barbarian. You just need to have the same template on them... You will somehow desync, but then you just charge a corner and everything will be fine again.
I think Earthquake is much easier to multibox. WW too, but not great for pushing GR.

- Pure DPS Archon Firebird's Wizard: no illusory boots, no Halo of Arlyse, CoE instead for max DPS.
- Invoker's Crusader (non block): mainly for Wings of Angels so I don't need Illusory Boots and since I will lose a ton of DPS because of I won't have a WD, then might as well do damage. No block based setup, just pure DPS.
- Support Barb: I can't play without perma immunity and going thru mobs. I got used to it and in a mixed setup, its quite annoying to get knocked back, stuck, etc. Barb as support kinda sucks now, but I rather have it than get horrible dsyncs and die.
- Support Monk: Picked a monk since it provides more surviability and adds decent DPS. If surviability is not an issue, a WD might be a better choice. Maybe even a support DH.
The spec for the supports is not finished. It was just a basic template I hate that will work anyway. I foresee 2 problems with this on 90+:
- Survivability of the DPS: look pretty squishy, specially while moving around when u don't have all defensive buffs.
- LAG: adding more DPS will probably lag the game badly. But since they nerfed Firebird's and Invoker's, there's no need to drag the whole map to add more and more stacks and dps.
Waiting for the patch to test. I'm too lazy to test on the PTR.

I dont like the idea of relying on ORotZ for CDR cause it messes up with my timings while walking to packs and I dont like to spam skills. If I can have 1 less skill I need to spam, the better. Besides, I'm all for reliability and not having Ignore Pain for a second is a nono for me. Besides, not like there's much choice for the barb anyway. It's there ONLY for Ignore Pain, so I rather make sure it's up 100% of the time.
Having a Barb it's a big DPS decrease, but luckily the full DPS Crusader with Furnace will make it up for not having a zDPS WD. Going with a Crusader with Wings of Angels lets me use The Swami on the Wizard which will help with surviability, keeping Archon buffs for 20 secs, enough time to get back on Archon again. Also I'm keeping APD on the Wizard since the Monk and Barb can stun, which may or may not help. Otherwise I'll go with Ashnagarr Blood Bracers to improve Magic Weapon Deflection shield which may be garbage anyway :D
I already have my Firebird set with Caldesann's but I'll be farming more for certain parts. I believe I have ancient weapons already.
The other idea I've been thinking is having the monk as DPS with full Inna's and EP. Not sure how will that work but always loved EP big explosions :D
Some Twitch dudes are playing/trying Helltooth WD with the 3x Gargatuan killers at the moment... let's monitor this.
Also, now that the season is over, I hate Blizzard's mathematics : 953+620=975... Damn it I expected to be closer to Paragon 1.000 -_-
Paragon calculator said that 953+620=970, so, you have an extra 5 paragons :D Anyway, 1-600 easy lvl up, even without high GRifts.Quote:

Monk desyncs because you are using skills that makes him desync, like Dashing Strike, Seven-Sided Strike, Epiphany or Fists of Thunder (which is a generator), etc.

U can use it if u are careful with your skills and mouse positioning, but yes, its very annoying and it will dsync even if u are very careful. As soon as u find a teleporting mob, your monk will be somewhere else on the map :/
Some guys on Twitch are trying some season 6 Meta-Team compositions on the PTR, and they are doing high 90's to low 100's with main DPS who is a... Wizard Tal Rasha Twister -_-
[edit] That's it... GR 110 down on the PTR with a Tal Rasha + Twister template, plus the 3 usual zDPS (some groups are replacing the Barbarian by a DH). Well, the Wizard was close to Paragon 3k, but still...
The exact Wizard template is still under refining, but it's like 6P Tal Rasha with the amulet (but without the source), Focus + Restraint, Twister Sword... Rotating elements are :
- Arcane from the Twister,
- Fire from Explosive Blast,
- Frost from Armor,
- Electrical from Electrocute or Shock Pulse.
Same meta BS, just easier playstyle for the Wizard.
PS: Taking me FOREVER to manage my stash. I seriously HATE IT. There's no way to search shit around. I swear, it takes me HOURS to sort my shit for just a single ACCOUNT! I've got too much crap I guess :/
I always delete everything as I play only seasons then no diffrence for me.
