I did search many forum even Blizz forum, there have no blue post are 100% allow multiboxing and ISBOXER.
In the meantime, i got a Blizz whisper when my toon in BG AV and said - "do not use any illegal software to process game or u will get ban. " something like that.
So i report to GM and send them the screen capture and waiting their reply.
Let see what i can next.... :(

Besides that: YES, it is allowed and has been stated over a dozen times now. So no worries. There are plenty of screenshots of them stating so or multiboxers stating that they have a multiboxing-related problem in a ticket to a GM.

It's been said over and over and over again. Multiboxing is perfectly acceptable, as long as you don't break the rules. No automation, no hacking the game client, no account sharing.

This not only applies to WoW and Blizzard, but also to many other games.

Blizzard, and pretty much the rest of these companies these days, are well aware of multiboxers, dual-boxing.com, ISBoxer and other multiboxing software products. And they are not interested in banning you for multiboxing, because it is not against the rules, and where exactly should they draw the line? Tons of people have multiple accounts. Simply put, the rules that apply to multiboxers are the same rules that apply to everyone else: no botting, no hacking, no cheating, no exploiting, no harassment, etc. So if you're being a dick to everyone you meet, or if you spawn camp with your mass of toons, etc eventually you're probably going to get in trouble for harassment and potentially banned -- but not just for multiboxing. This is why the "Is ISBoxer allowed?" page suggests you be a good citizen. Game companies so far have agreed.

I just got GM reply and confirmed the message that i recieved in BG AV. And the GM said that they don't know what software i'm using and the related policy have been updated.
So, I'm going to tell him i'm using Isboxer and see the result.

Ok, i told GM i'm using Isboxer and provided some links which are related multibox blue post from Blizzard. He replied me and said ---
GM could be check in-game players randomly, and the game World of Warcraft do not including the software that i use( Isboxer ).
For security, he RECOMMENDED me to avoid that kind of software to process game. If there have any question, please contact our GM.
OK, well.... tacitly agree??? They never give me a clear and definite answer.
Blizzard does not give any multiboxing program a stamp of approval, as they have no control over any of the programs out there. The GM was testing you to make sure you were actually a player and not a bot, which is probably why he was asking you in /s to recite a string of numbers. Bot programs, from what I understand, can trigger responses to whispers, but usually ignore things in other chat channels.
the clear and definite answer is the same thing we've already said and the same thing Blizzard has been saying for the last several years...multiboxing is an unsupported, yet allowed means of playing the game as long as you don't do anything with it to break any other game rules.
Quite a while back, a GM is quoted as saying Keyclone (in a much older form, that lacked half of the current features) was okay to box with at that point.
Since then, no GM has come out and said any boxing program is approved for use.
The defining factor for any system is whether it constitutes botting in some way or not.
The definition of botting boils down to: push something now, and in addition to something happening now a few seconds later something else happens, and after that another thing, etc... without any additional input beyond the first.
If you push a single key, and the action occurs while the key is held... for example a spread out mapped key, that sends Q+W to one toon, E+W to another toon, Q+S to a third toon and S+W to your last toon...
Each toon is doing an action (forward movement and sideways strafing) in direct response to your input that causes the action to occur as you're giving the input.
That is not botting, even if each toon receives two different keystrokes at once.
If you could press and release a key now.
And without further input from you, your characters each move apart.
Then a second later two more characters move further apart, while the original two stop moving.
And then they all start to /Dance...
You get the idea, multiple things happen is sequence but without additional user input... that constitutes botting.
If you push a key.
And the client receives nine inputs all at once, all as a direct result of pressing that key.
That is not botting.
Because each of those keys is directly caused by the pushing on the key.
Because of the Global Cooldown, only one spell with a casting time will fire off.
You might get Presence of Mind and another off of the GCD effect to fire off.
But in general, most of the extra keystrokes are wasted.
Conversely, if you can push a single key now.
And have each of your mages cast Polymorph at a different target.
And then have each of them run to maximum distance from target.
And turn to face the target.
Each of them then casts Fireball.
And waits for the Global Cooldown.
Then casts Presence of Mind + Pyroblast at the target.
And then Fireblasts the target after the next Global Cooldown...
All as a result of that first and only keystroke...
That is botting, because subsequent actions occur without direct input causing the action at the time that the action takes place.
If you have a mapped key, that causes a toon to Interact With Target (while Click to Move is enabled).
Your toon will run towards that target (or at least where it was, when the IWT is pressed).
That is a single action on your part.
And the movement is one ongoing action, much like Numlock = Continuous Run in Warcraft.
If you were to make the mapped key into a two-step key.
With an action on press and another on release.
The first is IWT.
And the second is "S", which is backwards movement to break follow (or IWT's movement).
The target is a Priest who has just done Psychic Fear in the midst of your team.
You press the hotkey, to have everyone on your team use their PvP trinket.
You press and hold the key, which starts the IWT/CTM towards the target.
You release the key, which executes the second step, or the "S" key to break the movement.
There is no botting here.
The Trinket was used to break the fear, as a result of a click.
The IWT was caused by your input at the time it occurred (pressing the key).
The backwards movement, which broke the IWT towards the Priest, occurred as a direct response to your input (the release of the key); this happened exactly when your input changed, and as a direct result of your new input (releasing the key you were holding).

At the end of the day we can say what we know your accounts are on the LINE do what what you feel is right.
I have 10 chars at 375+ ilvl and above and I get reported daily.
So far so good I think..
And keep in mind that GM's are just humans, they're not allknowing. There have been quite some cases where multiboxers got banned because the GM thought that they were botting. Unaware that what the multiboxers were doing was legal.
So you might get shit sometimes, but aslong as you don't automate or other stupid things, you should never have a serious problem.

We're glad to help because this is a subject that touches a nerve on many levels, heh.
But yeah it's been stated by even Ghostcrawler that boxing is allowed and have personally spoke to GM's in game that said they box themselves.
You also have to realize that many GM's have a limited understanding of the game much less multiboxing. Each GM is different with a different level of understanding. The GM you got sounds like he doesn't comprehend what you're even trying to say.
Bottom line when you multibox you aren't doing anything wrong or manipulating the game's mechanics. All ISboxer does is give people the tools they need to play multiple characters more easily than the wooden contraptions and multiple PC's they used in the 90's.
ISboxer is just the pinnacle of boxing software and has many tools that have evolved over time. Yet none of these tools give you an advantage over a person playing solo without ISboxer. A G15 keyboard or Razer mouse can perform the same tasks. Really most of the other tools just revolve around macros.
When I was making my Feral team...
They were actually going to be Boomkins at the time...
Another boxer player happened to be making 5x Night Elves (I think Priests) at the same time.
So by pure chance, two different players happened to be making 5-box teams, and configuring their level 1's at the same time.
The only other two players in the area kept coming back and saying things like, "Enjoy your ban. Cheater. Hacking", etc...
A little while later, a GM shows up and chats with me for a while; chances are he did the same with the other boxer.
He ended it, something like... If you don't mind, I'll watch you for a while, I love to see cool things players do in the game.
Sometime in 2003 or 2004 a GM in EQ1 summoned me to the CS room and said I was cheating because both of my characters talked at the same time.
I explained to him how i did it and I have never talked to a GM about boxing in any game since .....

Of course some of our inner circle got banned later on for item duping abusing the guild feature. Otherwise nothing. My EQ characters are probably still there.
