That looks like some premade UI tho, did you actually modify anything yourself in it?
I tryed the same one.. i cant remmeber the name.. but I didnt like it, cause it was a bit laggy, to much going on in it.

It's LUI 3.0. I use a modified version of this user interface myself.
I'm not sure what version you used, but LUI is pretty minimal on the addons. I want to say out of the box itQuote:
