1 one alt abuse

Got my first level one alt messaging me to abuse me after a BG on my DK team today. lol is this common?

Funny thing about rift is you all speak the same language... so they just cuss you out on the guy you're killing.

It doesn't happen often when you get the people logging on a level 1 alt to bitch at you. But when it happens, you know you're doing something right.

They're taking the time to complement you on your excellent job of slaughtering them and their faction!

If they start harassing you and cuss you out, make sure to report them for violation of terms of servive.

What I find even better is if you install badboy & badboy levels you can set it up so that whispers from characters below a certain level are automatically rejected. I set my threshold to level 5 forcing them to level the character to that level just to spam abuse at me, which annoys them even more :P

I thought I got bad hate from lvl 1s when I played double blood dk.


That has nothing on double healer 2s that I have been playing, boy do people get pissed. The higher mmr people or if they are carrying someone for points/wins just leave, but when I get the omg I finally hit 1800 folks, holy shit do they go off!

my personal favorites are the one who try to do your name with the 'lol' added at the end. PM me when you get one of those :P

I've never got a Level 1 messaging me. I camp Alliance Tol Barad most days and kill any Alliance I see. When they see me coming, they start running now. Usually takes them x10 Alliance to take me out of the Tol Barad Alliance graveyard.


Still, I must be doing something wrong. No level 1s have messaged me. I must not be camping them hard enough.


I did have a level 85 alt message me. I was camping this level 85 hunter at the Tol Barad Alliance graveyard - repeatedly for about 20 minutes (I only do this to stir up a hornet's nest of Alliance to come face me, not to be mean).

Eventually the level 85 hunter logged and a horde druid logged on asking why I was camping his Alliance toon. I said no reason, just to get more Alliance to come to the area for more fun. Turns out this person was also a friend of a friend. Opps.

lol that is hilarious. I don't get as many complaints now on DKs. I have hit lvl 77 and this puts me into the BG bracket with lots of cata geared people running around BGs with 40k hp. My server has a dead economy so there are no nice sparkly cata greens for my toons to buy to become OP.

The funny thing is i still kill these cata green players, just not as easily :)

My enhancement shamans on the other hand at lvl 80 in cata greens are getting mad rage in BGs and i have had lots of whispers saying they are reporting me. I play the three enhancement shamans and my bro plays a fourth resto shaman and heals me. It's really funny how you can clean out 10 or 11 players at a time with this set up. People can't see through all the totems and wolves to target the resto shaman and when wolves are out your basically unkillable.

i do miss that death grip round robin but :)

I got my first one last week... a paragraph of hate but the offender had class and made the toon name "Ufcktrd" to razz me... but he logged before I could report and I was grinding some AV... I don't know why he was hating on the 4 elemental shamans in almost complete set of Brutal Gear. If these people would actually get the gear, gem, enchant and then work together or just avoid the lightning bolt gank squad there would be no issue.

Sorry thing was is this guy did it from an AB match where their team was actually wrecking my 4 shaman crew. Some of the alliance guys knew hot to disassemble a multi-boxing caster team. We almost need to do a thread to help them figure out how to be better players.

There are plenty of threads, with the idea of killing the first player and then the entire team is useless and will stand there to be killed one after the other.
Same deal if you sheep the first guy, they're all useless for the duration.

I love threads like that, that spread useless misinformation that doesn't help non-boxers against boxers at all.
