Too many speakers if you ask me oO... Does there even exists a standard audio signal higher then the 7.1 we have now ? 2 front left and right, a center, 2 side, 2 rear and a sub... Think it's overkill
Still looks very sweet though oO
the more kilowatts output that much more clearer sound, much, much more clearer. it doesn't mean loader.
also different diameters speakers make different frequency sound better and again clearer.
and this setup definitely much better then your average theater have. also it probably much more expansive and eats probably a megawatts for dinner, lol
PC: btw pay attention to CON like legs on all those tables with speakers and con like lags under speakers them self, pay attention to hard wood floor too, this is everything to make sound not to go right into the ground, this is the most best audio system you will ever see, definitely!!!!
just amazing, the best movie they had to show on it was ratatoulie
Why does it look drawn?
I was gonna say the same thing: looks like CG render to me. I mean, I like the general setup and all, minus the fact that all the speakers are right out in the open where you can see the cones and all, unlike the pro setups that have good grilles that make it look clean. /shrugQuote:

The first picture you posted just looks like its drawn probably due to the scaling and the lighting.
I would give Los to charity for that setup in my bedroom :(

hah Xzin's TV gets posted on the interwebs
If your interested in all of the equipment other than the PS3 angle, the write-up on the 6 million dollar home theater is at: http://blog.audiovideointeriors.com/208great/
But this quote brightens my morning -- "The Sony projector doesn't have HDMI inputs that are HDCP compliant, but it upscales Blu-ray and HD DVD players' component outputs to its native 4K resolution. So sure, it might look even better if he could use his HD player's digital outputs, but Kipnis feels the picture quality he's getting right now is "far more outstanding and realistic than any other movie theater I've experienced on the planet." Pressing the question about keeping the KSS' video all digital, he admits that he's also considering commissioning a custom-built scaler from Silicon Optix or Snell & Wilcox."
Hah Hah a 4K resolution projector (costing hundreds of thousands of dollars probably) but it can't play native 1080i/p because it doesn't have HDMI.
