WARRIORS

SHAMAN
- 30% dispel resist on that threat redux nature talent
- Earth shield mana cost reduced by 50%?

PALADIN
- That spell you have that fears undead works on demons now and will be renamed, so apparently you can fear-lock warlock pets, 10s duration with DR

Natural Perfection was nerfed slightly (don't remember numbers)

Oooh those druid changes piss me off...they nerf cyclone, which is barely used outside of pvp as it is, nerfing lifebloom(as if 3.5sec HT doesn't suck enough now our alternative is weaker), and freaking roots on treants? GIVE US A GODDAMN PET CONTROL BAR! THATS ALL WE FREAKING WANT! lol; the only possible upside is if the treant roots work Indoors...they'd be worthwhile to more boomkin then, I love 'em anyways but most skip them for other talents

That rogue change is soooooooo nice. Finally time to get rid of Eviscerate and use Envenom that doesn't get affected by armor and does nature damage. Hello big hits on plate.

Insiders posting notes from beta/ptr, unofficial, has happened and been legit before...but yea looking at some of those changes they're...off, especially all the warlock nerfs, not like destro locks are super common or that huge...and roots on treants makes no sense...we'll see I guess lol

Druid

Nurturing Instinct: Increases your healing spells by up to 50/100% of your Agility, and increases healing done to you by 25/50% of your Attack Power.

Hunter

Improved Mend Pet now has a 50/100% chance to remove one Curse, Disease, Magic or Poison effect, up from 15/30%.

Mage

Blink mana cost reduced roughly 40%
Improved Blink now increases the distance you Blink by 15/30%, and you have a 15/30% chance to reduce the cast time of your next Fireball, Frostbolt, or Arcane Blast spell by 50% after you Blink. (Might just do one of these effects�)
Prismatic Cloak now reduces damage taken by 3/6%, up from 2/4%
Mana Cost of Slow reduced roughly 40%
Arcane Fortitude now increases your armor by an amount equal to 100% of your Intellect, up from 50%.
Mana Shield now scales with spell damage. (Max rank with full S3/best gear will absorb around 1Kish, added damage absorb doesn't cost/consume mana to the shield, it will always cost what the tooltip says)
Improved Fire Ward is now Molten Shield
New Talent: Molten Shield � Reduces all damage taken by 2/4% while using Molten Armor, and causes your Fire Ward to have a 25/50% chance to reflect Fire spells while active.
Frost Warding: Chance to reflect Frost spells while Frost ward is active by 25/50%, up from 10/20%.
Icy Veins no longer increases the chance your chilling effects Freeze the target, but now reduces pushback by 100% for 20 sec.
Icy Veins spell haste bonus no longer stacks with Bloodlust.
Ice Flows now gives you a 15/30% chance to avoid interruption caused by damage while casting any Frost spell.

Priest

Mana Burn effect reduced roughly 50%.
Mana Burn cast time reduced by 1 second.
Improved Mana Burn: Now increases the amount of mana burned from your Mana Burn spell by 10/20%.
Focused Will now reduces damage by 2/3/4% down from 1/3/5%
Lightwell: Charges increased to 15, up from 5.

Paladin

Turn Undead no longer fears the target, and now incapacitates it.
Turn Undead now works on demons. (Prob will be renamed to a diff spell)
Turn Undead is now subject to diminishing returns.
Turn Undead now lasts 10 sec. in PvP.

Rogue

Envenom no longer consumes the Poison applications.

Shaman

Lightning Bolt: Spell coefficient reduced by $
Lightning Overload can no longer proc on instant cast spells. (aka NS+CL won't proc it)
Lightning Overload can no longer critically hit.
Tremor Totem and Poison Cleansing Totem now pulse every 3 seconds, down from 5.
Earth Shield mana cost reduced by 50%
Earth Shield now has 6 charges, down from 10.
Healing Grace: Now also reduces the chance your spells will be dispelled by 10/20/30%

Warlock

Life Tap: Spell coefficient reduced by $
Life Tap now consumes toughly 10% more health when used.
Demonic Knowledge now increases your spell damage by an amount equal to 4/7/10% down from 5/10/15%
Improved Shadowbolt: Now only works for the Warlock.
Improved Shadowbolt: Now increases Shadow damage by 3/6/9/12/15%, down from 4/8/10/14/20%
Incinerate spell coefficient increased by $

Warrior

Endless Rage now properly generates 25% more rage from damage dealt (previously only 12% cause of a bug)
Improved Hamstring: Now has a 10 second cooldown.

Items

Mystical Skyfire Diamond now reduces the next spell cast by 20%, down from 50%. (It also might just be changed to straight stats, still in debate. Don't be surprised if this metagem just gets added stats with the current effect in the initial 2.4 notes, it's still being worked on.)
Shaman Gladiator 4-set bonus now reduces pushback by 30%, down from 70%.

most of changes are ridiculous. The shaman nerf is just... uh... wtf? They nerf one of the support-dps class like elem shaman.

Meh, I won't comment all, but thats just weird changes.
There can be only 2 opinions. Blizzard does smoke weed or this is evil fake.

There may have been some truth to parts of this, but there are sweeping/major changes to several classes in here. It definitely conflicts with the blue post that said:

This list could have been a "hey, let's try this out" kind of list, but I'd be shocked and stunned if all these changes went through. The elemental shaman stuff really does seem like someone trying to get multiboxer shaman's goats. That said, I think the biggest potential nerf would be the gladiator set bonus. I don't think Ellay would say he's counting on LO procs or crits to knock people out in arena. It also seems unlikely that they would have just gone through a round of spell coefficient adjustments only to pile on another one to Lightning Bolt.

Some of these changes just seem way OP, enough so that I have a hard time believing they would be on the "let's try this" list. 2% mana returned when a Moonkin crits? That combined with the confirmed GCD changes would make for some Wrath-spamming-longevity that would probably allow Moonkins to cast almost indefinitely. All the rest of the spell critical/mana savings dynamics work off some percentage of the spell being cast, not the caster's mana. (e.g. 30% mana refund for mages, 40% on two spells for shaman, etc) The only percent-of-mana talent that is out there (I think) is the mage one that can refund 5% of your total mana when you resist a spell... which is a godly talent for instance powerleveling, by the way.

I think this is some leaked stuff with a whole lot of fake stuff piled on...

While this sounds true in parts, there are a few changes that are completely impossible.

That would increase an average feral Druid tank's received healing by 1000 per spell at least. Not very realistic.

Totem change good, but means a rank1 moonfire will still kill it, pets will kill it in 1 hit, priests/locks can wand/staff it.
Earthshield changes fucking shit, leave it dont reduce the cost and charges in half, its stupid.
Healing Grave turned from a PVE only talent to a PVP/PVE talent, there goes 3 extra points for pvp healers.
LO not being able to crit is really going to hurt PVE shamans.
Shamans once again being hurt the most.

Theres changes have the official blue changes mixed in right?
Why is there nothing about the hyped Fear Ward buff.

i can confirm that the legendary bow is sick though. 50% increase in ranged crit chance. =) also you can use it to summon some new arrows. it's called netherstrand bow or something like that. nether.. nilly.. sammy... SAMSONITE.

I would take those notes with a big grain of salt. For one, they're as "unofficial" as it gets. Two, they could simply be changes that were discussed and looked at via internal testing, and many of those won't even get to the PTR, much less go live.

It wouldn't even surprise me if Blizzard is allowing fake info to be "leaked unofficially" just to keep info sites on their toes and as a reminder that if it isn't direct from Blizzard there is no reason to trust it. It seems as if fake patch notes are all the rage lately.

In agreement with Tonuss, take these patch notes with a grain of salt. I would deem these changes as highly unlikely.
I used to get concerned when patches and changes like these happen but in the end it all works out, and there are way too many fake ones to filter through. Past that even when Blizzard releases the patch notes, it has to generally be accepted by the community or they fix those as well. As can be seen with the last patch that attempted to nerf Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning, Shaman community revolted and they reverted the change.
