Why you doing your job badly? That's not true, for one simple reason. Multiboxers tend to play on their own. So having a corp with multiboxers isn't the perfect combination. That's not something that should get changed if you ask me, it's just how it works. :)
So don't take it out on yourself.
I'll join. I need a corp anyways so I have an easier time managing my corporate hangar on the Orca. I'm Jude Lyon in the dual-boxing.com channel.
Yeah, I've just been doing my own thing (mostly PI, some missioning). I figured since no one else was in the corp that nothing of great importance was going on with multiboxers in eve.
Well, we could do something of great importance, we just have to decide what that is. Anyone have any ideas? I'd be willing to throw some of my resources toward something if we had a goal in mind.

Big thing with EVE is that its a multiboxer game, most players that are veterans have 2 to 3 accounts each.
Half of my corporation in the NC are multiboxers, but they dont know it as multiboxing, as they have no idea what multiboxing really is. Most of them are alt-tabbing or a second machine/laptop setup. Space is a lonely solo place sometimes :-(
Well, a corp where everyone are focused multiboxers is a different monster than someone with a main and a salvager alt or a trade alt, etc. Obviously mining is a good thing for multiboxers because more ships = more ore, but at the same time mining is one of the more boring things to do long term in the game. PVP gets a little iffy with mulitboxing because of timing and screen flipping, but Ive known of a bunch of merc types that run around with remote rep alts in alt corps that do fine. Also do you want the corp to just be multiboxers from here or do you want to recruit newbies and give them something to do?
The only dream I've had that I've never got into was to make a drug making corp doing more "illegal" type activities, but thats just an example of some of the lesser known parts of eve other than mine/mission/pvp.
The only thing I want members to be is enthusiastic with maybe an interest in mulitboxing, even if they don't actually do it. Other than that I'm willing to go with the croawd and support it in whatever way I can. Certainly for me, and I suspect quite a few other multiboxers, thats going to be from an industrial angle.
Running a POS solo for your own corp can be hard work, as Souca knows to his cost, so I was thinking that a POS setup would allow people to share a resource for things like T2 production - but I think booster production is done with a POS too? Not an area I'm familair with.
Corp running question for those with more experience - how do you setup the divisions/wallet/hangars so that one person/role/title can only access one division? I can't seem to work it out so I'm guessing that I'm missing something?
Open corp tab, Members tab, Role Management tab, in the TYPE dropdown change to 'hangar access'.
That sounds cool too. That's what's good about being multiboxers: we have a plethora of characters to mess around with, even though we're limited to 3 characters per acct. Are most of you running 5+ accounts? Not sure why I chose to run 5, perhaps because I am used to paying $75/mo for WoW...
I run 3 accounts, but use all 9 toons on them. Most everyone else uses 5.
I have an embarrasingly large collection of accounts - akthough a lot of them were experiments, a fair number of buddy trials, and a few empty ones where I've transferred to a main account.
My final setup will be six accounts each with 3 characters, and maybe a sevent account to mess about with...
I've chosen this number because it's how many I can run on my two PCs. If I had another decent desktop I would run like ten accounts
i run 9 accounts, 1 toon on each.
....
7 of the 9 are Carrier Pilots/JF Pilots/Rorqual Pilots to ease the moving in and out of null-sec. 1 of 9 is a Black Ops/Cyno Scout, and the last is just a recon/cyno scout for lowsec.
6 of 9 are also near max Miners, with boosted by a rorqual pilot, then i also have 2 extra for scout/ in belt protection.
when PVP'ing, i use 4 toons, but only really pvp on 2 if its Sub-capital, most of them are used as scouts. While in a capital fight all of them that are capable are in either a dread or a carrier, since its much easier to multibox capital fight then it is sub capital for sure.
Um...HOLY CRAP MEEO...
Living in 0/0 as a multiboxer, its really the only way to travel, its easier to jump from place to place then to fly through space that you may loose all your stuff. I basically fly 1 or 2 recon toons to a location, i jump 1 carrier through to gauge hostilities, then i jump the rest of the carriers through if its unsafe. If all is well, i then jump my JF and Rorqual through.
This cuts me having to move all that gear and ships around manually. I carry almost a whole market of t2 gear, ships and ammo in my Jump Freighter just to keep my toons geared and flying. Then again, it literally took 2 years to get my toons and ships to where they are now capital wise.
im not the only one that does that in my corp, im just 1 of several who has a setup like that, some other guy not associated to this website uses like 4 carriers and 2 supers to rat with in our space...
:-( , i thought i was overkill, his setup was crazier, and he alt-tabs to play them LOL.
One day i will log in and see a bunch o reds catching him off-guard.
Just updated the 3rd post in the Cybernetic Legion sticky with some title/role notes - have a quick read if you're interested.
