Also Jack Black and Kyle Gass will do the Tenacious D thing for the finale. Should be interesting. At least there shouldn't be as much profanity this year, compared to Ozzie last year.

Right, there will be a final patch you'll download tonight/tomorrow. Around 100MB. Once that's downloaded, the update will begin which could take a while depending on various system factors (potentially over an hour). There are a lot of changes obviously, not the least of which is the switch to the new streaming client infrastructure. It's a very good idea to ensure you're all ready to patch up, and then plan for a lengthy install process. And of course it's then just waiting for the realms to be available. :)
If I can't hide, at least I can curl into a small ball and try to ignore the world! :-)
