Yes, I probably could have pm'd a mod, but this is far more satisfying.
Locking the goodbye thread was a good move. Maybe he didn't see the request? Was a new thread really necessary? The mods here have to deal with a lot of shit and don't get paid for it, soooooo be less Shadokan like and PM instead of doing a @MODS thread.
Lets put a request for a mod:
can you please lock/delete this thread ? it brings nothing and is prone to generate hate threads and unnecessary flame wars.
I think the mods are doing a great job, and like the db forums for it.
If you need something from a mod, just PM one or use the 'report' button. don't start drama threads.

I am extremely concerned that the unpaid mods of a site I do not pay anything to use yet benefit from did not personally review every single thread in the hopes of ensuring that your mistakes were remedied.
