Like the title stats, how long should it take to get to level 60 with the RAF option?
Instance boosting? Questing? Using the LFD tool? Queuing for BGs? 2 Accounts? 5 Accounts?
I can give my answer though...
Instance boosting 4 accounts to 60 with an 80 Warrior I had /played times around 16 hours per team. If I buckled down and stopped dicking around between runs I'm sure I could've gotten it down to about 12 hours per team; but I like to take breathers every once in a while. :)

i did not loot during 10-55 and i took me 14h 21m. Note that you will get looked out from SM due to many runs.. just head out and kill everything outside or log out and make a nother team and quest with them to level 10.
This is the second set of accounts I've RaF'd and I have been playing the game since retail release so I know my way around levels 1 - 60 pretty well. :)Quote:

I quested the whole way on my RAF guys (back pre-LK) and it was something like 2 days /played. Yes, I looted. And I kept up skinning/mining/herbing along the way.
My best is just over 6 hours from 1-60 instance boosting. This involved making the characters and logging them in and then fixing macros/UI, logging out and then deleting/remaking the toons to save some time :) Plus a set of summon characters at each of the boost sites.
Basically, if all if your logged time goes to leveling you can do it in under 8 hours.
Well ya the summon site toons = a given but I didn't think about the deleting and remaking toon approach. I'll have to try that if I ever RAF again to see if I can set a new personal best good info.Quote:

Non-RAF will be almost 3x as long as without RAF.
You don't get bonus experience on the exploration with RAF, but that's not a huge amount of the exp from 1st to 60th.
Instance boosting is the fastest.. when experience is 3x the normal, so it will be the fastest still when its 1x normal experience, but the margin between instances and other methods of leveling will be smaller.

And then have a key for the slaves to assist the main toon.
1. Target a mob/corpse on the main.

Group 4: 8 hours
Group 5: 8.5 hours
Group 6: 9 hours

same timeframe here - same gathering skills levelled up, apart from skinning (i had to go back over the low areas once i hit 60 - only took an hour to level) because i outlevelled the zones too quickly.Quote:

RAF'inf AND doing professions I got 1-60 in about /22 hours played.
I'm currently leveling my Paladin team without RAF and while it's been much longer of course, I've enjoyed it anyway, since the Random Dungeon Finder means I've been able to skip all collection quests.
Without doing professions I've got no doubt that /16 hours or even possibly /12 would be doable as others have said.
As to Reddewman,
Make sure you're not taking them through an instance that's too high for them. Also, instance boosting with an 80 only works well if the 80 goes REAL quick, like 10 minutes a run max quick.
At 17, I'd be doing WC....moving to SFK around 20, before switching to the first SM wing (GY) around 24.

Just a quick update, I've already hit 20 on all toons and now got to go buy my keys so I can proceed. I am right now loosing gold due to the fact my 80 is boosting and I had to buy all bags and such, also I'm not wasting time looting as it takes to damn long and burns time.. My only problem is gear, not sure what I'm going to do since they are all still in starter gear and a few quest items.. Any ideas?

My team ran 1-50 so far and most of that was dungeon running and had fairly decent equipment (sans weapons of course) from it.
Also, when boosting using RAF in dungeon runs, I agree, don't loot. The whole idea is to make the run is absolutely speedy as possible - you can always hit up the AH at 60 for crappy cheap greens then use those to do the first half-dozen quests in Hellfire and be insta-BC-geared in what would be Azeroth level epics.
Priest is ok to boost, but if you have a Paladin (or Druid), you can get runs down to insanely quicky times, and the random dungeon finder (assuming that works with an 80 in the group) doesn't have an instance-per-hour limit on it.

LOL, I've got 4 teams of level 60's all in starter gear still. Just haven't had time to level them after my RAF ran out. I already have a team of level 80's that I use to make gold, so when leveling up new teams, I only focused on leveling time as oppposed to looting and gearing/training.Quote:

Before they nerfed BRS Orc summoners I could do it in 12 hours. I guess blizzard decided mobs that summoned infinite mobs forever that still gave exp was a glitch that needed fixing. Im doing 3 balance druids now.
In relation to the whole guild thing i have never seen boxxers on my server besides myself >.< everyone thinks im chinese or something although i do get alot of questions about it from people contemplating to start boxxing. And alot of friendly people.
