I have cleared all of the three new instances. So far the hardest one would have to be HoR.

Hard, I don't know I use a warrior as a tank so HoR is a bitch, so I hear ya! For me any how. Annoying as hell though I can chime in on ToC5 for the stupid as hell mounts and CoS for the intro that you could go out to the bar, have a drink and come home before it would be done.
Yeah well, all other instances than HoR i feel i have full controll. But in Hor it seems random if it goes well or not. I mean The bosses are piss...and the Arthas event is harmless, just kill everything at ease and pop fire elementals at the last wave = profit. So Yeah "hard" is relative, but then again both of us outgear the instance to oblivion ^^
Im with you on HOR being a pain in the rump and the hardest 5 man, but its some of the weekly raid quests that bring the pain and repair bills...:rolleyes:
My vote goes to HoR, only heroic I have not completed, I am going to try it with my new team but my fully geared pally tank, 2 warlocks, hunter and resto druid have never completed it. New team with Shammies might work better, I will see when they get geared enough :)
Other heroic which can be a pain is The Old Kingdom, poision is reallynasty in the first few pulls there and the last boss is also a pain.
I've finished Glory of the Hero. Cleared every Heroic DOZENS AND DOZENS of times each, with one exception. I STILL cannot finish HoR heroic. I just gave up after a while. F that zone!
HoR for actually being hard, and that really only controlling the waves of mobs and maybe the first boss when he fears. Occulus for annoyance factor, I just can't be arsed with that place.
depends by group composition.
overall i say HoR heroic. but after about 30 full runs and 40+ 2 first bosses kills ( in past i suffered final escape with all melee), it s not so hard.
i hate vehicle part in ToC, boring fight with horses. a waste of time and just 3+2 emblems.
in past i said same thing for oculus.
now oculus is best instance in random: 8 emblems, raw gems for 5 chars and a 15 minutes mode without looting. and using red drakes save me from special bindings and macros, so a welcome-instance in random.
All the new ICC 5 mans are rough on boxers. It's almost like they said in the development room 'Lets just make this so hard to multibox that it's impossible" Although I know it isn't true- they're actually trying to make instances where everyone has to be on their toes and not just spam 1 or 2 keys. People hate it though multiboxers or not!
Heroic Forge of Souls- Devourer is hard as hell unless you do the door trick.
Heroic POS- Ick and Krick just flat out suck.
Heroic or even normal HOR- suck suck suck all around lol.
Only thing that comes close to me is Halls of Stone -Tribunal of Ages, or Azjol Nerub's 2nd boss. Everything else was mostly a faceroll.

PoS and FoS are both ones you just need to go a little slower in my opinion, I have cleared them both but they are not easy. HoR is the nasty one :)

HoR is very tough to handle especially when your DPS always pulls aggro
There's no trick needed -he's actually quite easy once you get the technique down. What I do is this:
1) Tank and spank until he does the damage redirect.
2) When he does, hit follow and run around the room while healing until the effect is over (DBM is excellent for showing this).
3) Start tank and spank again until a) he does damage redirect again (repeat step 2) or:
4) Does the frontal AE attack (DBM will tell you when) - just run behind when he does and continue tank and spank.
If he spawns the souls, just ignore them and continue tank/spank. If you have a paladin, use conc aura.
As for ick and krick, the trick is to have nature resistance up, move out of the goo and use hand of protection when he starts chasing someone (will put him back on tank). If you HoP is on cooldown or if you dont have a paladin you're out of luck and have to do the running manually - ah well :-)

Heroic FoS not bad now. PoS -Ick and Krick mainly things go south very fast. I either have a wipefest or kill him first try, lol. It's just random.
HoR- I don't even try anymore there rofl... There's only 1 possible item I could use in there anyway. An offhand for my druid and it just isn't worth the effort to master.
The door trick looks too much like an exploit that blizz did not intend to be possible imo (especially after they told theraedrimar he shouldn't use los to avoid fires on the first boss in ToC10), so I'm not even gonna try that.
I've always done it the way fuzzyboy explained it and it works fine.
As for what is hard, The brann event in HoS can still be a bit painful sometimes, jousting in ToC5 is just tank and spank actually, Ick and Krick sometimes catch me with an unlucky nova, but the hardest one of them all is HoR, I've cleared it a few times, but it can still really kick my ass.
I would have to say HOR, for this reason 90% of the other instence you learn them and its esy everytime after that. I have cleared HOR probley 15-20 times now and i still have times when ill wipe on the trash if i relax for a sec and forget to grab something beore it smashes the healer. HOR you really need to be on the ball at all times.
