I recently switched my 3 ret pallies to prot dps after getting all the gear together and started doing 3v3 with them.
Below is a short unedited clip of one match, but hope you enjoy. I realize my UI is a mess, too spamy scrolling combat text for one and afterwards I noticed I forgot to put up my auras after switching spec.

nice! I bet its tough to decide between 3 ranged multi target silences on a sequence, or to use em all at once for pwnage. I wanna see more :)
That burst on the druid was insane! Nice job!
Wow that was sick. I have often wondered what 4 prots and a healer could do in a dungeon. You're "dps" is basically unkillable. Mana might be a problem if they all arent taking damage, but divine plea should help a bit. Very easy dps macroage too.

In the video I opened with hammer of Justice on the druid then Judge+pyro rockets followed by Shield of Righteousness and he was dead. I was shocked to see him go down that fast but later I looked the druid up on the Armory and he has 0 resilienceQuote:

I've been thinking about investing the extra 3kgold into my slaves and give them dual spec to swap between prot and ret for arenas and bgs. wasn't sure if it would be worth it, but seeing this is making me consider it even more. plus it wouldn't hurt in av to have a multiboxer running 3-5 tankadins on the final boss. i'll post my dps macro for my tank here after i log back into them. with it, my 3 rets never pull aggro unless i have hand of reckoning in their macros, which i have a separate one for questing and one for instances. plus having two points in Guarded by the Light really helps.

Running several might be a very decent option for BG's and Arena.
this video has made me pretty excited to finish leveling my paladins!
I was going to replace my main pally with a DK at level 58, but now i think ill just stick with him and go for 3x prot pallies (for pvp AND heroics! 3-manning all the way!).

I have Consecration on a separate keypress bound to all my pallies, so when I lay it down, all cast it at the same time. Avenger's Shield is on it's own button also so I can manage when exactly I need to use it. They're all only 74, so this setup works well for me. Rets hardly ever pull aggro in instances unless I have to throw down alot of heals with them on my main, then I get close to that threshold. They may be specced Ret, but their stats are built for Holy. Here's their dps macro set on the same key as my main.

Here's their dps for outside instances/BGs. It just has HoR in it first for that extra damage output.

I got CS at both ends cause by the time I cast it twice like that the Judgements' cooldowns are refreshed. Since I have 4 pallies, I have each judgement spread across each toon, so I lay down all three on my targets. Just wish they all still stacked with each other :(

seriously, let's see some fights against other comps and not just the tailor made warrior-warrior-resto. It would be embarrassing to lose to that comp with triple proto.
I am in an end-game raiding guild that raids 4 days per week, 4 hours per night, and on off nights we run mains and alts though 10 mans and I've always been more of a pve person that sometimes pvp when theres no raids going on so so I can't make any promisesQuote:
