Don't panic!! The lists are still being populated. :)
The first time I saw the list of gear for the heroic 5-man, there was no caster weapon for Shamans. However, about 30 mins later when I refreshed the list, i saw that the Surgeon's Needle has been added in.
Speaking of Shamans, the options for Ele shamans in 3.3 are so much better than 3.2:
Emblems Triumph to buy the T9 gear, finger.
Emblems of Frost for feet, waist, hands & totem
New 5-man for weapon, shield, off-hand, neck, back, finger.
BoE Crafted: Wrist
BoE AH: Back, Ring

just wanna say, i did first wing just now, there is also random drops from trash...andddd everything hits harder has more hp, its actually challenging now.

I really hope they put in the option to downgrade from triumph to conquest and also from frost to triumph. I don't understand why we don't have the option to get conquest badges now from triumphs.
there's a vendor in the sewers labeled "money changer" you can trade down all current levels of badges there. Not sure why they dont have this on all the badge vendors, but meh. And what a damn inconvenience to have to downgrade badges to buy something. Why cant they just make em all the same? It's not like the older badge gear will give anyone an advantage...
well, the reason why they can't simply make them all the same is, that then one of two things would happen:
a) they destroy my old badges (like some leftover hero-badges), which is not fair, because i could use the for bying old stuff
b) upgrade the old badges to the new "drops from heroic dungeons"-badges, which would be nice for me, but also unfair...
Aaah I can't wait until I can start farming Triumph emblems :) Im almost done with Conquest emblems anyway.
Have a few characters that are finished with Triumph, so Frost is what I'm excited about (that and the new quested Quel'delar)
Actually one are where ele shamans kinda got screwed was on the weapons. There is no spell DPS version of Quel'delar that Shamans or Boomkins can use. Same for the heroic 5-man weapons. :mad:Quote:

This was a big problem with 3.2 badge/crafted gear - all the mail caster gear was itemized for resto shams and not ele shams, which means we have to go scrounging for leather and cloth gear. The only decent pieces we could get were from using badges to buy the armor tokens. Case in point - the BIS wrist piece for shams at the moment is actually a BoE cloth piece - www.wowhead.com/?item=Bejeweled Wizard's Bracers.

I think Blizzard has really overlooked elemental shaman gear itemization. It's hard to find +hit on most mail spellpower gear, but abundant on cloth. Also, the only shield i ever see on any shaman thats not geared out is the original heroic badge one, which is more resto itemized (and i guess holy pallies like that type of itemization). There's a decent naxx 10 one with a low drop rate, but everything else is a high end raid drop.
I think the solution is for shamans to use swords. I mean how hard can it be to teach someone who can use maces and daggers to use swords? Hell some of the "daggers" i've used while gearing up used the exact same model as a "sword" my tank was using....

I kind of like the idea of not being able to just roll through, but I do worry a bit since your chars seems to be pretty decked out. I remember you tank having like 50k hp in the video. You can see damage on tank and slaves, its pretty nuts compared to what it was few weeks ago.
Ahh, then I wouldn't worry too much. They usually balance 5 man dungeons to be doable by most players, so it's likely to be tuned down. Hell, the patchnotes are full of nerfs for mobs in Oculus because they are deemed to hard. It's likely to be balanced, but the challenge will be nice since it's probably tricky even when balanced :)Quote:

mana regen > dps in some cases while multiboxing, like this. Not everything is a dps run as a multiboxer.
I did it few minutes ago, just before servers went down, imagine this as the new brann event from HoS. Too bad that they went down before i could kill the boss....
