Short Questions, what is the addon called, that shows you your cooldown as a bar at the bottom of your interface?

Would you mind sharing a couple of pointers with me? I just started running 4 shaman boxer/ 1 other person holy pally. I'm having a lot of trouble with what to do on the openers. What to cast, who to attack first, and when to charge.
I find that if i don't charge, they develop a plan and one guy comes in all shielded six ways to sunday and messes up teh group then the rest attack. If i charge, guys get feared or cc'd or just blown everywhere and I don't really get the coordination. I've tried opening with flame shock, ele mast lavaburst and also with ele mast chain lightning but nothings really giving me the edge. they either see the shock and bubble pain supp or whatever, or they get hit with chain and a shock and end up at like 3 or 4k health and get the heal to full.
I'd really appreciate anything you can help me with as an up and coming pvp arena boxer.

The weapon and shield really hold me back since all but the main have titansteel and a crappy shield. I just revamped all my skills and glyphs. I tried to copy yours eloxy but i couldnt' find the eu armory lol. So i copied woobox's setup for talents and such.

U mention u have trubble with getting zerged..Well ill be the first to say that zerging can be realy hard to get out of, but this is where the gear and stam come into picture.
I always liked the Toughness talent in the enh tree, maby you should go for that a bit?

Not gonna write to much here since im planning of making a arena guide for 4 shammys soon.
Here's a couple tips:
- You want about 6% +hit. Use the ascendancy cloak, neck, ring, and 2 points in precision to get this. I noticed you have 0 hit - if any of your shaman miss you won't get the kill. Keep in mind you need 4% +hit to hit a target with no resistance, 6% for a blood elf, 6% for a night elf for nature spells, 8% for a ret paladin, and 10% for a blood elf ret paladin
- You want a bare minimum of 75 spell penetration. I currently play with 110-115
- Don't gem stamina past like 21.5k hp. Gem spell power
- Dump your helm and shoulder enchants for the wintergrasp ones
- Make sure all of your key bindings allow for fastest possible reaction time. For most spells I don't have to move my left hand at all, only my fingers. Too far to the right of the keyboard and I have to move. Put the most important spells on mouse buttons (I have my focus nuke macro and bloodlustx4 - in case one is stunned - on mouse buttons, plus grounding totems)
- Make a i win button. Something like: elemental master, trinket, flame shock, lava burst, chain lightning, frost shock. The lava burst doesn't always kill geared targets, sometimes even the chain lightning won't either. Put it in a cast sequence.
- Use focus targets - mirroring targets across 4 toons is hard to pull off past like 1400 rating. Hard switching stops working at like 1700 rating. Focus targets have worked for me on 2400 teams.
- Set up a wind shearx4 macro on all keys for random interrupts every 6 seconds. It's awesome
- Set up a hex x4 macro
- Set up round robin thunderstorm+fire nova
- As the other team rushes in, your typical order of action could be something like: Bloodlust, Wait for aoe cc if any, hit your focus target, finish him off if you can, check main's health and heal if necessary, assess current situation. If things get confusing, or the remaining dps are still hurting you a lot - use your hex macro. Go for second dps if you kill the first. If you don't kill another dps within 10-15 seconds, pick off a healer if necessary. Paladins, shamans, and druids are easy healers to kill. Priests are not.
DPS kill order, for me, is roughly
- Elemental shaman
- Boomkin
- Feral Druid
- Enhancement shaman
- Warrior (unless he goes defensive)
- Death Knight
- Mage
- Hunter
- Rogue
- Warlock
I'd say the top 3-4 are priority targets no matter what. The rest, it kinda depends on how the game plays out. I might kill a rogue way before a warrior... depends on what's happening. Throw in affliction warlock (if you ever see one) and shadow priest somewhere in the middle.
If you start picking off healers:
- Resto shaman (grounding totems get in the way)
- Druid (HoTs are worthless against our burst)
- Holy pally - punch heals will make it really hard to kill dps without elemental mastery up
- Priest. In most games this is usually the absolute last person I kill, that or a destro warlock

I've started swapping to all spellpower with my new pieces and I did plan on getting those ascendency pieces (mostly because i saw others had it hehe).
Focus targets: i'll have to look that up, i've seen some stuff on it but I assume that's casting on your focus target without ever targeting them so the healers can't see what your doing. Not sure exactly what you mean by hard targeting and mirroring. I think i probably mirror right now (i hit a button for my toons to assist my main's target). Not sure how you do the focus thing after the first target without targeting and having your alts assist you and set that as the focus.
I have tstorm and fire nova on rotation, but i need to add the aoe hex and aoe wind shock.
I gotta figure out how to fight in the dal sewers too, i lose almost everytime there because people jump off the edge or behind the boxes constantly.
Mostly i gotta just get my spelldamage up from what i see, I'm working on getting the lava burst emblem trinkets on all my guys (have it on2 now) and I think that will help some also.

Well I got up to 1502 (started at 1330 last night) and we called it a night because only teams 1700+ were on. I played with a priest and it seemed to go better mostly. There were a lot of easier teams on so time will tell. I bought shoulders, gloves (relentless), and upgraded head and shoulder enchants to WG ones. I'll work on necklace, ring, and enchants for gear this week.
Hopefully can start next season off strong. If i could figure a way to get a decent weapon and shield it would be huge, but getting to 1800 may be really tough. I'm hoping some decent stuff drops in frozen throne 5 man coming up (and that i can solo 5 box it hehe).
