Havnt had any issues till today. double click icon and doesnt appear on my toolbar so i can open a set of chars. when i try to double click again says its already running....am i having a dumb moment or somthing wrong heh?

It's not that, I am having issues now also. Seems to be some issue with the authenticator server.
I think its a problem with the innerspace servers.. I think they are offline right now :/

Dammit now when i redownload it it keeps saying might not be downloaded correctly. Wow what a gay day today lol.
Yeah there was a temporary issue that caused intermittent problems for about 30 minutes a little while ago. Everything is back to normal now ;)
