after 400 haste, you get zero benefit i thought. all my girls have over 400 haste.

Many of the top raiding guilds' shaman stack haste past 800.
Yeah, its pretty powerful (200/6.09%), Wrath of Air Totem (163.95/5%), Moonkin/Swif ret (98.37/3%)
That magically 1639.5 (reduce the GCD to 1.0 and the 50% haste) is pretty insane.
just make sure you figure out your dps boost over tier 9 to, to see the real benefit.
Is that haste cap taking into account Bloodlust/Heroism? I know that when I hit hero a lot of my wait time is now GCD related and not spell cast time. I wonder if its better to swap it out for Totem of Hex when you bloodlust.
No idea if it takes into account BL
Some ele. shaman (>700 haste would seem a more realistic figure but the highest guild rank shaman often have >900 haste)

As far as I could (massive generalisation inc.) tell the enh. shaman aim for >400 haste and resto >700 haste.
Not unless you are hitting 1s LBs remember that haste also reduces the GCD. Your GCD will hit 1s way before LB does.Quote:
