Nerd rage over the relentless cloak!

I usually ignore haters like this (why even give them the satisfaction of a response?) But this guy was a riot.

So I win the www.wowhead.com/?item=Relentless Gladiator's Cloak of Ascendancy with the high roll. He offers me gold, I refuse. Nerd rage ensues:

He went on and on in raid chat for a good 20 minuntes
"rolls should only go to people who aren't terrible at pvp"
"hey zoobox roll on that enhancement gear so you can pvp in all 3 specs and still be terrible"
"just let zoobox have that ringmail piece I heard it's really good for the <1000 bracket"
"shaman don't even need hit gear you idiot you have a talent"
"at my level, we need 6% hit"
"you probably don't even have spell pen anyway so hit is worthless you idiot"

LOL he's the best druid on the server, why in the world does he need more gear then? He's already the best the gear won't help him improve...

Seriously let him know about the WG "weeklies" that can be done every 4 days...those 4 easy quests at 3800 Honor a piece plus a couple AVs and you spent what an hour getting the honor needed?

I messed with him a bit more today, told him how the new cloak was helping me own in 3v3s. He got even more upset. Pulled the mom's basement gig, the you're fat irl gig, and the "your only friend is your dog who you blow every night". I refuted all 3 and then he put me on ignore :)

Funny and sad at the same time - thanks for posting. What are your chances of meeting him in 5v5 and wiping the floor with "the best druid"?

He actually got off to a good, reasonable start, but lost it pretty quickly.

Nerd rage in computer games is always good for a laugh though - I don't think people realise quite how desperate and pathetic they sound when they really get going like that.

Hi all, first time poster, long time 5-boxer. Have gotten a lot of inspiration from a lot of the posters on this forum and wiki over the past 2 years.

Anyway, back on topic! Just remember, you can play both factions on PvP realms now and what does an opposing faction Priest enable? That's right, FFA PvP :D

zero haste rating? Zoinks! How did you accomplish that? I have 400 and I dont want the crap it just kinda came with the gear =(

The sad part is this guy feels a real sense of self entitlement. He would have probably done this to whomever won the cloak,legs, gloves or whatever he wanted.

Oh, I put my full pvp gear back on earlier in the conversation when he said "you don't even pvp". I think I have near 400 or so for the pve set I was wearing in the raid.

Oh ok I see =)

Probably should have offered it to him in a trade box....then just went and watched a movie lol.
