Just as an FYI to be able to use the new abilities to drop all your totems at once you need to first visit your trainer and train the abilities for it. There are three new abilities and you can bind 4 totems to each of those abilities. You can then bind keys to each of those abilities and have 3 custom totem sets that you can insta drop. Hope this helps save some people a bit of the confusion I just went through.

Yeah I had to turn off bartender4 to set up which totems I wanted where first. then I reenabled bartender4 and put the new spells on my bar. I really like it alot.

Even if staggering totems did work, dropping all 4 at once and then going on about your business is more effective than wasting 4 seconds to drop an entire set. This change is supa win.
I like the changes to Ghost Wolf too so that even if your snared you can drop a Earthbind/Nova still move away.
I haven't the foggiest idea how to bind a set of totems to one of the abilities. So far I selected one totem from each element, then when I select a "totem drop button" I drop the four that were in the bar at that moment. And as long as I don't change the totem selection, those four drop each time. There are three separate buttons for dropping four at once and I understand that you can bind a specific set to each one, but I didn't bother testing it. I'll figure it out at some point.
But the concept is terrific. I actually bother to drop them when doing outdoor quests because it's so easy now.

Yep you can keybind each group of totems (I'm using F6, F7 & F8). You can also keybind individual totems within each group...it allows you to easily configure totem combo's on the fly without moving buttons around or redoing keybinds...very nice.Quote:

Staggering tremor totems does still work, or did as of about 1 week ago. I've tried it many times on Dread, and I can assure you it still works.
All-in-all this is still a big win tho.
The reason that it will be harder to stagger totems now is because they all drop at the same time. Though I guess you could Round-Robin your totem macro and solve that problem.
You train in 3 groups of elements, Call of the Spirit, Ancestors, and Elements. You select which group you want in the first bar space then you select which totems within that group you want. So when you *change the groups you can set a different "default" totem line up for each group.
Look under Key Binding button in Options Menu and you'll see the Shaman Totem key binding. You can set hot keys for each of the 3 groups as well as individual hot key within each group.
This ROCKS once you get it going!!
I just setup a round-robin tremor key, that I can mash after dropping my initial set if needed. Anecdotal testing (King Dred heroic) has also indicated to me that staggering them is far more effecting then dropping 4 at once, but that could all be wishful thinking on my part.Quote:
