When my team hits 80, the first thing I am gonna do is head back to Hellfire Peninsula and gank one of those darn pesky Fel Reavers.

I understand your motivation but you can do that at level 70 already. :-P

The best I've done is two-manned one.

Feral druid in bear with a Holy Pally.
It wasn't a quick fight, but there was never much danger of losing.
This was at late T4, early T5 level of gear. Some of the newer T5 level badge stuff, but no T5 drops for either toon.
I wasn't boxing both, just the druid, but it was a pretty easy fight.

Start levelling one of my other two teams.

Gank constantly all the Dks trying to lvl up, delaying them getting into raids with end-game guilds. Too evil?

That sounds like fun. Naxx drops some cool loot too :)

I'm going to get 10 man raids down so that I can start selling 10-man instance runs for profit (9 of my toons and let 1 character tag along for loot)...

Other than that, I can't wait to get into Wintergrasp, level my professions, buy the large mammoth mounts, run dailies for gold, get a couple of achievement titles, experiment with some other 10-man combos, maybe make a rogue, level her up to 70 quick and then go get her Illadins Warglaives... just for the hell of it. I also want to group up with the other boxers on my server and try some 25-man content - both new and end-game TBC content. I think it would be fun to complete all encounters up to WOTLK with boxers only.

This. It's not evil, its just making sure only the qualified DKs make it to end game. Kinda like natural selection, only DKs aren't natural so we should help the process sort itself out.

I soloed 3 of them with my RET pally the day 3.0 went live. Then went and solo'ed a number of normal 70 instances.
