You are going to need some max shadow resist gear for the mother sharraz fight. Also, make sure you stock up on a lot of consumeables for the Illidary Council fight (plenty of mana/health pots) as it is pretty long. Expect to wipe a lot. Then, the Illidan fight is pretty easy, P1, dps, run out if you get the debuff, P2, stay on the grate, spread out or in 4 groups, dps. P3, spread out and run away if you get the debuff, P4, spread out away from illidan and dps the demons, P5 same as P3 but tank takes more dmg.
You are now half prepared :)

oh yeah i forgot he said that (not a raider) and in my ignorance i was just wondering how explaining raid encounters to a 58 team about to enter outlands was relevant. it was also a tongue in cheek remark because nothing i would ever say on a message board should be taken too seriously.
